The Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights, and Labor (DRL) in partnership with the Secretary?s Office of Global Women?s Issues (S/GWI) announce a Request for Proposals from organizations interested in submitting proposals for projects that promote women?s political, economic and social advancement in Iraq pursuant to the goals and objectives of the U.S. National Action Plan for Women, Peace and Security and U.S. Strategy to Prevent and Respond to Gender-based Violence Globally.
