Subject to the availability of funds, the U.S. Department of Labor (USDOL), Bureau of International Labor Affairs (ILAB), intends to award, through a competitive and merit-based process, one or more cooperative agreements to organizations to implement project(s) in Rwanda (Africa) that aim to support Rwanda?s efforts to significantly reduce child labor in the production of tea. The Office of Procurement Services (OPS) anticipates publishing the Solicitation for Grant Applications (SGA) on or about 12 April 2013 (this date is subject to change).
